闭合性股骨干骨折并发血肿内感染一例 被引量：3

摘要 闭合性股骨干骨折并发血肿内感染的几率极低，Baskaran等2004年报告1例右侧闭合性股骨干骨折伴发急性血源性骨髓炎患者。这种感染临床表现常与骨折重叠，局部有红、热、压痛等症状，且无明显特异性。由于发生率极低，临床上容易漏诊。我科最近发现一例，现报告如下。
