脂肪来源干细胞在创面愈合和衰老皮肤中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 2001年,Zuk等^[1]首次从吸脂术中废弃的脂肪组织中分离出一种具有成纤维样细胞形态的细胞亚群,命名为脂肪组织提取细胞(processed lipoaspirate,PLA),证实为问叶细胞来源,具有多向分化潜能;次年又从PLA中分离并证实了干细胞的存在,命名为脂肪来源干细胞(adipose-derived stem cells,ADSCs)^[2]。2003年,Gimble等^[3]发现,ADSCs可分化为脂肪细胞、软骨细胞、肌细胞、神经元及成骨细胞。ADSCs被证实与BMSCs在生长动力学、细胞衰老、多向分化潜能和基因转导能力无显著差异^[4],可将ADSCs作为替代物应用于组织工程,由此拉开了ADSCs应用研究的帷幕。笔者现就ADSCs在创面愈合和衰老皮肤中的应用作一述评。
