脂肪来源干细胞疗法:临床前研究到临床应用的转化 被引量:1

摘要 自体脂肪组织为组织T程和再生医学的研究及应用提供了丰富的基质/干细胞来源。研究者现已通过酶消化的方法,从腹壁整形术或吸脂术废弃的脂肪组织中分离提取基质血管成分细胞(stromal vascular fraction cells,SVF)。SVF是一种脂肪来源于细胞(adipose-derived stem cells,ADSCs)与其他细胞成分相混杂的群体,经过体外贴壁培养后可获得较纯的ADSCs。
