摘要
目的研究阴道源乳酸杆菌对白色念珠菌的体外抑制作用。方法采用双层平板法、琼脂扩散法及液体培养活菌计数法等考察10株阴道源乳酸杆菌对白色念珠菌的体外抑制效果;分析白色念珠菌的耐酸性;通过琼脂扩散法分析不同pH值的乳酸杆菌发酵上清液对白色念珠菌的抑菌效果;并分析10株乳酸杆菌产酸能力的差异。结果10株阴道源乳酸杆菌中,ZDY78、ZDY128、ZDY159a、ZDY162a 4株对白色念珠菌的抑制能力较强;白色念珠菌的耐酸能力较强,当发酵上清液的pH≤3.0时,才能观察到明显的抑菌圈;乳酸杆菌的发酵上清液具有抑制白色念珠菌生长的能力,且抑菌效果与培养液中发酵上清所占比例呈正相关;抑菌能力较强的4株乳酸杆菌其产酸能力强于其余6株乳酸杆菌。结论 4株阴道源乳酸杆菌对白色念珠菌具有明显的抑制作用,且与其产酸能力呈正相关。
Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of vaginal lactobacilli on Candida albicans in vitro.Methods The in vitro inhibitory effects of 10 strains of vaginal lactobacilli on C.albicans were evaluated by dual layer plate method,agar diffusion test and viable counting in liquid culture,based on which the acid-resistance of C.albicans was analyzed.The inhibitory effect of fermentation supernatant of lactobacilli at various pH values on C.albicans was analyzed by agar diffusion test,and the differences of acid-producing abilities of 10 strains of lactobacilli were evaluated.Results Four of the 10 strains of vaginal lactobacilli,i.e.strains ZDY78,ZDY128,ZDY159a and ZDY162a,showed strong inhibitory effects on C.albicans.When the pH value of fermentation supernatant of lactobacilli was not more than 3.0,obvious bacteriostatic ring was observed,indicating high acid-resistance of C.albicans.The fermentation supernatant of lactobacilli showed inhibitory effect on the growth of C.albicans,while the inhibitory ability was positively related to the proportion of fermentation supernatant in medium.The acid-producing abilities of four strains with strong inhibitory effects were higher than those of the other six strains.Conclusion Four strains of vaginal lactobacilli showed significantly inhibitory effects on C.albicans,which were positively related to the acid-producing abilities.
