摘要
为了弥补单一价格属性逆向拍卖机制的不足,运用多属性效用理论建立了多属性的逆向拍卖机制,将多属性逆向拍卖机制从单一物品的采购扩展到多物品的采购。在多物品多属性逆向拍卖机制中,采购商可以同时采购多种物品。采购商根据评分函数对供应商的投标进行评分,选择得分最低者作为最终获胜者;供应商一方面尽量使自身的投标得分最低,另一方面又要实现自身效用的最大化,通过综合考虑进行投标决策。
In order to make up the weakness of the reverse auction of single price attribute, a multi-attribute reverse auction mechanism was established with the multi-attribute utility theory. The multi-attribute reverse auction mechanism was extended from sing item purchasing to multi-item purchasing. Buyers can buy various items by the multi-item and multi-attribute reverse auction mechanism. Buyers assess the sup- pliers according to the scoring function, and then choose the one who gets the lowest score as the final winner. The suppliers try to make their bid the lowest score, but also achieve their maximum utility. The suppliers make their biding decision after considering both the sides.
