注意缺陷-多动障碍患儿个性特征的临床研究

Characteristics in children with ADHD

目的 了解注意缺陷 -多动障碍儿童的个性特征。方法 使用 DSM- - R有关 ADHD的诊断标准、注意力缺陷测试仪和神经精神检查等手段确定 ADHD病例组 ,按照病例对照 1:1确定对照组 ;两组儿童使用 EPQ(J)进行个性测定。结果 ADHD儿童与对照组儿童个性倾向存在差异 :ADHD的儿童 ,在个性外向 /倾向外向的等级上相对较少 (P <0 .0 1) ,在情绪稳定 /倾向稳定的等级上相对较少 (P <0 .0 1) ,在精神质 /倾向精神质的等级上相对较多 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 在诊治注意缺陷 -多动障碍儿童时应注意到其特殊的个性特征 ,而使用 DSM- 标准可能会更好地反映出 ADHD亚型与个性特征的关系。

Objective To explore the relation between ADHD morbidity rate and individual characteristics in children Method ADHD case group was diagnosed by employing ADHD Behavior Screen with DSM-Ⅲ-R, Attention deficit Surveying Instrument and Neuro psychic Examination The control group was confirmed according to 1:1 matched case control study design, then all children's individual characteristics were determined using EPQ(J) Results There were significant difference in individual inclinations when the comparison was made between cases and their controls: the amount of ADHD children was less than amount of control group in extravison/ trend extravison (P< 0 01) , in neuroticism/ trend neuroticism(P<0 01),and the amount of ADHD children was more than amount of control group in psychoticism/ trend psychoticism (P<0 05) Conclusion The specific characteristics should be paid attention to when ADHD children were diagnosed and treated By employing DSM-Ⅳ criteria,the relation beteeen ADHD subtype and children's individual characteristics will have reflected well
