摘要
目的 了解军队老干部心理健康状况及影响因素 ,寻找加强老干部心理保健的对策。方法 采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)对 187名 6 0岁以上军队干部进行了抑郁倾向的调查 ,并根据工作情况分在位 (A组 )、离休返聘 (B组 )、离休未聘 (C组 )三组进行对比分析。结果 SDS均分为 43± 10 .37,有 2 3%的人存在不同程度的抑郁倾向 ,离休未聘组最多 (40 .8% )、离休返聘组其次 (18.8% )、在位组最少 (9.5 % )。三组间有显著差异 (P<0 .0 1) ;性别间无显著差异。结论 提示离退休后 ,如能继续从事某种合适的工作是有利于老年人心理健康的重要因素之一 ,建议全社会都要关心老年人 ,建立老年人才市场 ,以满足社会和老年人的需求。
Objective To investigate the mental health condition of aged army cadres and its affecting factors, thus seeking for the approach of strengthening the medical care of aged cadres Method To adopt the self evaluated depression scale (SDS) to survey the depression tendency of 187 army cadres of over 60 years and then make a comparative analysis of three groups: cadres still at their posts (A) employed retired cadres (Group B), and unemployed retired cadres (Group C) Results The mean value of SDS is 43±10 37 On average, 23% of them have a depression tendency to different degrees There is a significant difference among the three groups (P<0 01): Group C (40 8%), Group B (18 8%) and Group A (9 5%) There is no obvious difference in sex Conclusion It will be one of the major factors beneficial to the mental health of old people if they can engage in some proper work after retirement
