自测健康评定量表的研制与考评

目的 研制自测健康评定量表。方法 采用 Delphi法和现场调查筛选自测健康评价指标 ,建立自测健康评定量表 (SRHMS)。应用 SRHMS对 5 0 0个个体进行测试。结果 研制出含有 46个条目的自测健康评定量表 (SRHMS)。在一般人群、精神病康复期患者和躯体疾病临床住康复科患者中 ,SRHMS的重测信度分别为 0 .714,0 .86 6 ,0 .939;Cronbachα系数分别为 0 .870 ,0 .911,0 .919。因子分析产生的 9个因子与理论结构一致。SRHMS与 SF- 36效标效度为 0 .5 2 2 ;生理健康、心理健康、社会健康三子量表分以及量表总分与其相应一个条目的健康自测分之间存在关联。SRHMS能够反映不同人群 ,不同年龄 ,不同家庭人均收入 ,不同文化程度 ,不同职业和不同住地评价者间自测健康的差异。量表还能够敏感地反映个体在不同时间内自测健康的变化。结论 SRHMS是可靠的、有效的、灵敏的。它从定量化的角度 ,较为全面、具体、准确地反映了自测健康的真正内涵 ,且操作简单 ,经济实用 ,是适用于我国文化背景下的健康测量工具。

Objective To develop a self rated health measurement scale.Methods For constructing SRHMS, indicators of assessing self rated health will been gained by Delphi method and on the spot study. 500 individuals received SRHMS assessment. Results The 46 item scale SRHMS is developed. In normal people, clinical patients with physical disease in department of recuperation and psychiatric patients during recuperation, the re test reliability are 0 714,0 939,0 866 respectively, and the Cronbach α coefficient are 0 870, 0 919, 0 911 respectively. The criterion validity with SF 36 is 0 522; physical, mental, social subscale scores and SRHMS score are significantly related to each item for assessing their self rated health. SRHMS can also discriminate that self rated health is significantly differential in different people, age, family income per person, educational level and profession and residence. The scale can reflect the change of individuals' self rated health.Conclusion SRHMS is reliable,valid and sensitive. The scale can show the real connotation of self related health conception quantitatively, concretely, totally and definitely. It is economic, easy to use and adaptable in our country.
