硫色满酮Mannich碱衍生物的合成及其抗真菌活性 被引量:20

Synthesis and Antifungal Activities of the Mannich Baes of Thiochromanones Derivatives

摘要 设计并合成了 12个硫色满酮的Mannich碱衍生物 ,12个化合物均未见文献报道 ,其结构经红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱及元素分析结果证实 .体外抑菌试验表明 :12个化合物均有不同程度的抑菌活性 ,其中化合物 (1)与对照品克霉唑相当 . Twelve derivatives of thiochromanones which had not been found in literature were designed and synthesized in this paper. The structures of the compounds were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR and elemental analysis. Preliminary antifungal experiments in vitro showed that the twelve compounds had different degrees of activities against the tested fungi. Compound (1) showed significant activities and its antifungal activities were equal to that of clotrimazole.
