摘要
为了寻找理想的具心血管活性的药物 ,设计并合成了 14个 3 苯基 4(1H) 喹啉酮衍生物 ,均未见文献报道 ,其结构经核磁共振氢谱、质谱、红外光谱以及元素分析确证 .对部分目标物进行了麻醉狗血压初步测定实验及钙拮抗活性实验 ,结果表明化合物 (2 )有一定降压及钙拮抗活性 .
Isoflavonoids possess broad biological activities,including cardiovascular activity.3 Phenyl 4(1 H ) quinolinone derivatives are isosteres of isoflavonoids.3 Phenyl 4(1 H ) quinolinone derivatives were synthesized.They all have not been reported in literature.The chemical structures were confirmed by EA, 1H NMR,MS and IR.The preliminary pharmacological tests on dogs showed that (2) exhibited some antihypertensive activity and calcium antagonistic activity.
