氨基膦酸作为骨吸收抑制剂 ,疗效显著、剂量小、作用时间长 .以氨基羧酸溶液直接与三氯化磷反应 ,免用无水亚磷酸 ,避免了反应对试剂及溶剂的无水要求 ,反应条件更容易控制 .

Amino bisphosphonate,as a bone resorption inhibitor,shows very significant effects for a long time in a quite small dosage,the synthetic method was improved by the direct reaction of amino acid with phosphorus trichloride,averting from using anhydrous phosphorous acid,anhydrous reagents and anhydrous solvents.The operation was simplified and the reaction conditions were easier to control.
