探讨了添加剂对脂肪酶Novozym 435催化酮基布洛芬立体选择性酯化反应的影响 .极性助溶剂苯、甲苯的添加有利于提高酶反应的对映体选择性 ;此外 ,添加少量冠醚 ,既能提高酯化反应速度又能提高酶反应的对映体选择性 ,而N ,N 二甲基甲酰胺的添加不利于酶反应对映体选择性的提高 .

Additives have profound effect on Novozym 435-catalyzed enantioselective esterification of ketoprofen:addition of the polar cosolvent of benzene and toluene can improve the enzymatic enantioselectivity by adding 2 mL of toluene to 8 mL of cyclohexane in the enantiomeric excess of 95%,at 50% conversion ratio after incubation of the mixture for 47 h (17 mg of ketoprofen,0.06 mL of propanol and 50 mg of Novozym 435).Addition of a small amount of 18 Crown 6 could increase the esterification rate and enantioselectivity.DMF couldn′t improve the enzymatic enantioselectivity during the scope studied.
