摘要
风痱散配合针刺（治疗组）治疗原发性三叉神经痛（属寒证兼气滞血瘀者）治愈率５０．６％ 、有效率８１．８％ ，优于酰胺咪嗪合并针刺（对照组）治愈率２２．２％ 、有效率７２．２％ 。特别是其治愈率存在显著性差异。
The clinical curative effect of Fengfeisan,a traditional Chinese medicine,combined with acupuncture on treating original trigeminal neuralgia was observed.The results showed that the cure rate(50 6%) and the effective rate (81 8%) of Fengfeisai combined with acupuncture (treatment group) were superior to the cure rate(22 2%) and effective rate (72 2%) of carbamazepinum comgined with acupuncture (control group).It was considered that Fengfeisai combined with acupuncture could effectively treat original trigeminal neuralgia.
