神经外科导航系统的临床应用

Clinical use of neurosurgical navigation system

目的 :介绍 ASA- 6 0 1V神经外科导航系统的研制和初步临床应用。方法 :应用 ASA- 6 0 1V神经外科导航系统完成 2 4例神经外科手术。分析该系统的优点及其精确性。结果 :本组 2 4例导航手术中 ,大脑重要功能区病变 12例 ,额叶 3例 ,顶叶 4例 ,鞍区和颞叶各 2例 ,多发性病灶 1例。术后仅 2例发生短期肌力降低 ,手术病死率为零。该系统使用中精确度 <2 .5 m m。结论 :ASA- 6 0 1V导航系统可以精确完成术前病灶定位 ,确定最佳手术路径 ,术中寻找病灶 ,确定肿瘤切除范围 ,保护周围重要结构。

Objective: To present development and clinical use of ASA-601V neurosurgical navigation system. Methods: We used the system to perform 24 cases neurosurgical operations and analyzed the advantages and accuracy of the system. Results: Of 24 cases, 12 cases localized cerebral eloquent areas, parital lobe 4 cases, frontal lobe 3 cases, parasella 2 cases, temporal lobe 2 cases and multiple lesions 1 case. The transiant paralyses occurred in 2 cases, no operative mortality. The average error of the system was less than 2.5mm in using. Conclusion: The system can localize accurately lesions, select the best operative trajectory, find the lesion during the operations and confirm the extent of surgical resection.
