pH值及灭菌时间对甲硝唑降解产物的影响

The Influence of pH and the sterilizing time of Injection of Metronidazole

本文采用比色法对甲硝唑注射液降解产物NO_2^-进行测定,找出最佳pH 及灭菌时间,以考察pH 和灭菌时间对甲硝唑降解产物的影响。结果表明,pH=5,灭菌15～30min 甲硝唑降解产物NO_2^-浓度最低。

The degradation of metronidazole in its injection was affected by pH and sterili-zing time.The concentration of the degraded product(NO_2^-)at different pH valuesand differnt sterilizing time was determined by photocolorimetric method.Theexperimental results showed that the pH value 5 and sterilizing time 15～30min,we gained the lowest NO_2^- concentration.
