绿道在中国未来城镇生态文化核心区发展中的战略作用

The Strategic Role of Greenway in the Development of Ecological and Cultural Districts of Chinese Cities and Towns

以国家科技部"十一五"支撑计划重点项目课题研究为背景,基于过去20年城镇绿地规划的经验与新近的项目实践,面向未来城镇化的发展机遇与挑战,探讨了绿道在中国未来城镇绿地空间发展中的骨架作用,提出城镇"生态—文化区核心区"(ECD)概念,其空间形态以"点""带"呈现,"点""带"结合构成了ECD城镇绿地网络空间,其中,作为未来城镇绿地空间发展的新形态,绿道将发挥必不可少的战略作用。

Under the background of ＂The Supporting Plan of the Ministry of Science and Technology of 11 ~th 5-year Plan＂,China,Major Research Project：Research and Demonstration on Key Techniques for Construction and Management of Urban and Rural Green Land Eco-system,based on the experiences of urban and town green space planning and recent project practice,and facing the opportunities and challenge of urbanization in the future,within this research,the spatial structures of Chinese urban and town green space were explored,a concept of urban district of ecology and culture（ECD） was proposed：using dots of ECD as the central area for the future urban and town green space development,using belts of ECD to compose the network framework of urban and rural regional green space,using the dots and belts to compose the network space of urban and town green space,to realize new strategy of spatial development of Chinese urban and town green space.As a new form for the future spatial development of urban and town green space,the greenway will play a critical strategic role.
