在城乡统筹发展的大背景下,基于对中国绿道规划建设内容、过程、保障措施的反思,指出了乡村绿道规划建设是深化中国绿道规划建设的主要切入点,阐述了绿道层次性与相互衔接建设是城乡空间规划布局的内在要求;提出了各类乡村绿道规划建设的主要内容与作用,探讨了以乡村绿道带动城市绿道建设与提升的发展方向与手段,最后从技术创新和体制保障2方面提出了实现我国绿道规划建设可持续发展的措施与建议,并进一步阐明了绿道建设在中国发展中的重要意义。

Based on the reflection of the content,process,safeguards of China＇s greenway planning and construction,it points out that the rural greenway is the main entry point which is deepening China＇s greenway planning and construction on the backdrop of urban-rural coordinated development.It describes the fact that greenway hierarchy and interconnection is the inherent requirement of urban and rural space planning,puts forward the main contents and functions of the rural greenway of various types planning and construction,and then discusses that the rural greenway is the direction and means of upgrading urban greenway construction.Finally,it provides some practical suggestions and measures for the greenway sustainable development from the two aspects of technical innovation and system safeguard in China,and further expounds the significance of greenway construction in China＇s development.
