他山之石——国外先进绿道规划研究对珠江三角洲区域绿道网规划的启示

Inspiration for Pearl River Delta Greenway Planning in China by the Case Study of Greenway Planning Research in Foreign Countries

2010年3月,随着指导珠三角九市绿道建设的纲领性文件《珠三角区域绿道网总体规划纲要》发布,各地绿道建设紧锣密鼓地展开,提出了绿道研究的背景和目前绿道建设的问题,通过研究国外绿道网络化和生态化的先进案例,总结国外绿道先进经验对目前绿道规划工作的启示。对美国绿道建设进行了比较全面的剖析,并重点分析新西兰奥克兰地峡(Auckland Isthmus)的典型绿道规划方法,提出珠江三角洲区域绿道网规划应形成可持续发展的指导思想,形成生态学为基础的基本规划方法,明确绿道的生态控制指引,利用高科技的技术,合理确定网络形成的科学性等。

Pearl River Delta Greenway Project was developed rapidly within Guangdong Province followed by a framework document,The Greenway Network Planning of Pearl River Delta,which was released in March of 2010.This article presents greenway research context and recent construction problems,and summarizes the inspiration of foreign greenway experiences for current greenway planning by studying the successful network and ecologic cases of foreign greenways.Through studying analyzing cases of USA and Auckland Isthmus,this article summarizes greenway planning methods and inspirations for the Pearl River Delta Greenway Project,including the sustainable development guideline,the ecological planning strategy,the usage of high technologies,the scientific network forming,and so on.
