摘要 我国城市化的进程正在逐渐从粗放型走向集约型,《2011—2015年建筑业信息化发展纲要》标志着建筑行业已经开始走上了数字化的道路。在其数字化道路的种种助力因素中,作为舶来品的BIM扮演了不可忽视的角色。BIM在建筑的成本预算、场地分析、能量分析、能耗分析、规范验证、3D协调、数字化加工、资产管理、灭害计划等方面都有着创新性的改革和全局性的协调。而风景园林设计中,BIM同样可以起到举足轻重的作用。在借鉴建筑行业对BIM引进过程中遇到种种问题的基础上,针对我国设计院及高校的现状,分析了BIM引入风景园林设计的必要性,并展望了BIM在业内的发展前景。 Chinese urbanization process is a gradual shift from the extensive to the intensive,and "2011-2015 Construction Industry Information Technology Development Program" marks the construction industry has embarked on a digital road.Among the various driving factors on the digital road,the imported BIM seems to have played a role that should not be ignored.BIM had innovative reforms and overall coordination in construction cost estimates,site analysis,energy analysis,energy consumption analysis,specification verification,3D coordination,digital processing,asset management,terminator planning,etc.In landscape design,BIM can also play a decisive role.In this paper,on the basis of drawing lessons from the problems and difficulties encountered in the process of introducing BIM into the construction industry,and on the basis of the status quo of designing institutes and universities of China,the necessity of introducing BIM into landscape design is analyzed,and the prospect of BIM development in the landscape industry is forecasted.
