摘要
目的 探讨骨尤文肉瘤的影像诊断及提高其影像诊断水平。方法 回顾性研究了20例经手术或/和病理证实的骨尤文肉瘤的平片、CT和MRI表现并做了影像学分型。结果 根据影像学表现,把骨尤文肉瘤分为三型(硬化,溶骨和混合)。本组病例,硬化型、溶骨型和混合型分别占20%,50%和30%。结论 实施影像综合诊断方法能提高骨尤文肉瘤的诊断水平。
Objective To explore imaging diagnosis of Ewing's sarcoma of bone and improve diagnostic capacity. Methods Plain film,CT and MRI manifestations of twenty cases with Ewing's sarcoma of bone proven surgery or/and histopathology were retrospectively analysed,then imaging appearances of Ewing's sarcoma of bone were classified. Results According to imageological features,Ewing's sarcoma of bone was divided into three types (sclerotic,osteolytic and mixed).In this series,sclerotic type,osteolytic type and mixed type were 20%,50% and 30%,respectively. Conclusion When methods of multiple imaging diagnosis were employed,diagnostic capacity of Ewing's sarcoma of bone may be improved. [
