中西医结合治疗复发性口疮临床观察

Clinical Observation of Combined Chinese and Westen Medicine in Treatment of Recurrent Aphthous Ulcer

目的:观察局部微波及口服口炎清颗粒治疗复发性口疮(RAU)的临床疗效。方法:将96例RAU患者随机分成三组,第一组口服口炎清颗粒联合微波治疗溃疡面,第二组采用微波治疗溃疡面,第三组口服口炎清颗粒治疗。结果:在平均溃疡期缩短和止痛方面:总有效率第一组为96.67%,第二组为87.50%,第三组为64.52%,第一、二组优于第三组,尤其第一组;在减少RAU复发方面:总有效率第一组为76.67%,第二组为34.38%,第三组为61.29%,第一、三组优于第二组,尤其第一组。结论:口炎清颗粒联合微波治疗复发性口疮能减轻疼痛、促进愈合和减少复发,是安全有效的治疗方法。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of microwave and Kouyanqing granule in treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer （RAU）.Methods：96 Cases of RAU were divided into three groups randomly：the first group, Kouyanqing granules combined with microwave were applied in treatment of ulcers;the second group,only microwave was applied;the third group,only Kouyanqing granules was applied.Results：The first and the second group were better than the third group in the total efficiency of the mean ulcer period and analgesics,while the first and the third group were better than the second group in reducing recurrence,especially the first group. Conclusion： Kouyanqing granules combined with microwave is a safe and effective method in treatment of RAU.
