门诊处方点评及不合理处方分析

Comment of Outpatient Prescriptions and Analysis of Irrational Prescriptions

目的:对济南军区总医院2010年8月—2011年7月门诊处方进行抽样分析,了解门诊不合理用药情况并提出对策。方法:采用回顾性分析,对抽查处方逐一审查,进行统计分析。结果:筛选出不合理处方588张,占抽查处方总数的12.30%,主要表现为处方过度、重复用药、配伍不合理、用法错误及无适应证用药等。结论:应针对存在的问题,通过继续加强宣传与管理、制定相应的规章制度、加强合理用药知识培训、增进与医师交流等有效措施来解决不合理用药问题。

OBJECTIVE：To conduct sample analysis on the outpatient prescriptions in General Hospital of Jinan Military Region of PLA between Aug.2010 and Jul.2011 and to probe into the irrational use of drugs in the outpatient department and propose countermeasures.METHODS： The sample prescriptions were reviewed retrospectively one by one and analyzed statistically.RESULTS： 588（12.30%） were irrational prescriptions.The irrationality manifested as overprescription,repeated medication,irrational drug combination,improper administration,and non-indication drug use etc.CONCLUSION： Effective measures such as strengthening publicizing and management,formulating relevant regulations and system,enhancing training on rational drug use knowledge and promoting the communication between pharmacists and physicians etc should be taken aimed at the problems encountered in drug use.
