艾滋病合并马红球菌感染实验室检查特点分析

An analysis of laboratory features of AIDS cases complicated with Rhodococcus equi-infection

目的探讨马红球菌实验室检测的生物学特点,为临床诊断提供可靠依据,达到早期诊断和早期治疗目的。方法对25例艾滋病(AIDS)合并马红球菌感染病人的实验室资料及相关病历资料进行分析。结果马红球菌菌体形态为多形性,菌落特点均为黏液型菌落,产生桔黄色素,经多次传代出现返祖现象,不分解糖类,CAMP阳性。临床治疗选用具有良好细胞穿透能力和作用机制不同的抗生素,长疗程,联合治疗。结论在具有发热和下呼吸道感染症状的艾滋病病人的血液中,分离出25株马红球菌,鉴定了生物学特性和药物敏感性。及时的实验室诊断和合理的临床用药非常重要,可避免误诊和抗菌药物的不合理使用。

Objective To investigate biological features of Rhodococcus equi,and to provide reliable evidence for early clinical diagnosis and treatment. Method Twenty five AIDS cases complicated with Rhodococcus equi-infection were analyzed for their laboratory and clinical data. Result Rhodococcus equi was pleomorphic, and the colo- nies had the feature of mucus and produced orange pigment. Atavism appeared in the colonies after many passages, carbohydrate could not be discomposed, and the CAMP of colonies was positive. For clinical treatment antibiotics with good penetration and different mechanisms were selected in long course and combined therapy. Conclusion Twenty five strains of Rhodococcus equi were isolated from the blood samples of AIDS cases with fever and lower respiratory tract infections, and their biological features and drug sensitivity were identified. Timely laboratory testing and rational use of antimicrobial drugs would be important for early diagnosis and clinical treatment.
