高频超声诊断肋软骨骨折

Diagnosing costicartilage fracture by high frequency ultrasound

目的 探讨超声诊断肋软骨骨折的价值。方法 回顾性分析 3 4例经高频超声诊断的肋软骨骨折 ,并对 3 0例健康者进行了对照观察 ,所有肋软骨骨折病例均经X线拍片检查。结果 3 4例肋软骨骨折患者共查出骨折 47处。骨折断端有明显的错位、重叠或成角。X线拍片仅显示 1处肋软骨骨折。结论 高频超声能够清晰显示肋软骨骨折的部位、形态 ,并能动态观察骨折愈合的过程 ,是诊断肋软骨骨折的首选检查方法。

Objective To investigate the value of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of costicartilage fracture.Methods The ultrasonography of 34 patients with costicartilage fracture was analysed,and contrasted with that of 30 healthy people.All the patients were examined by X ray.Results Forty seven sites of costicartilage fracture were found in 34 patients,which showed obvious shift,overlapping,or angle deformity.Only 1 case was found by X ray.Conclusions High frequency ultrasound can not only display the position and pattern of costicartilage fracture,but also observe the process of its recover.It is a chief way to diagnose costicartilage fracture.
