基于PLC的洁净手术室负压系统的设计与实现

Design and implemetation of negative-pressure system in clean operating room with PLC

负压手术室对空气压力有特殊要求,针对某医院洁净手术室净化空调自动控制系统项目,在项目需求分析的基础上,提出负压手术室控制系统结构,介绍了负压状态实现方法,给出了控制策略和系统组成。该自动控制系统投入使用1年,运行结果表明,系统界面友好,操作简单,运行稳定,能够满足温湿度、洁净度及压力等相关要求。

The negative-pressure operating room has a special requirements for the air pressure, accord- ing to the automatic control system in one hospital, on the basis analyse, a control system structure of negative-pressure operating room is proposed, the implemetation method of negative-pressure status is introduced, the control strategy and system components are given. This system has been used over one year, the operation results show that, this system with a friendly interface, simple operation and stable running can satisfy the requirements of operating conditions, such as temperature and humidity, cleanliness and pressure.
