The Basic Research on Public Diplomacy

作为非传统外交的新形式之一,公共外交目前颇受关注。本文对近年来有关公共外交的研究成果做了较为系统的梳理,并着重对其提出与具体界定、理论来源、基本特征与主要功能进行了探讨。

As one of the new types of diplomacy,public diplomacy is being highly focused. The authors of this article stre- amline the existing fruits in the area of public diplomacy research and put forward his understanding of the definition,theo- retical sources, basic features and functions of the public diplomacy.
