直驱式风力发电系统全功率并网变流器拓扑结构研究 被引量:3

摘要 在主流的变速恒频风力发电机组中,由于直驱式风机具有结构简单、效率高、维护费用低、并网控制灵活以及优良的低电压穿越性能等优势,所以愈加受到关注.对比分析了目前直驱式变速恒频风力发电系统全功率并网变流器主电路拓扑结构,并得出了结论,双PWM变流器具有较广泛的应用价值. Because of simple structure, high efficiency, stable operation and other inherent advantages, variable speed constant frequency (VSCF) direct-drive wind power generation system using permanent magnetic synchronous gener- ator(PMSG) is the development trend and one of the focuses of wind power generation system,on which this paper researches through its converter~ topological. Typical converter topology structures of direct-driven wind power system with PMSG are analyzed in this paper. It is found that diode-clamped three-level PWM converter is the hot spot of cur- rent converting technique study for direct-driven wind power system.
