基于TDM的汽轮发电机组轴承振动异常分析

摘要 汽轮发电机组日常运行情况下轴承振动出现异常的原因十分复杂,而且监测和评价的方式一直未引起足够的重视.近年来,为提高轴承振动异常分析的能力,大型汽轮机都投入了TDM系统,它是汽轮发电机振动在线监测和诊断系统,通过对汽轮机振动参数的变化进行分析,从而得出故障的原因.通过TDM系统进行初步分析并结合谐分量振动解析法,分析得出一起振动突变的原因,从而为在运行中更好的判断汽轮发电机组的运行状况提供一种新的判据. The reasons of bearing vibration in daily oPeration are complex and the method of monitoring and evaluation hasnt been taken seriously. In recent years ,in order to improve the ability of analyzing the abnormal vibration of bearing, the TDM system is installed in bulk units, which is a set Of on line monitoring and diagnosis system for turbo- generator vibration. By analyzing the change of turbine vibration parameters, the fault reasons are concluded. The paper concludes the reason of vibration mutation by primarily analysis with TDM system and combined with harmonic component analyzing method. This provides new criteria for turbogenerator operation condition judgment.
