环保型植物绝缘油炼制及其电气性能研究

摘要 当前变压器等电力设备中广泛应用的绝缘油均属于矿物油,但其闪点相对较低,生物降解性差.因此,以植物绝缘油替代矿物油成为国内外研究的新热点.论述了以花生油为原料炼制绝缘油的研究过程,并针对其电气性能与矿物绝缘油进行了对比.结果显示,其主要性能指标较矿物绝缘油更好,极具开发利用价值. The insulating oil that widely used in equipments such as transformer belongs to mineral oil, it has a low flash point and poor biodegradability. So using vegetable insulating oil instead of mineral oil becomes a new point at home and abroad. The paper describes the study process of taking the peanut oil as raw material, and contrast the elec- trical performance with mineral oil. The result shows that the performance index of mineral insulating oil is better and is valuable to be developed.
