摘要
本文采用硅胶HF_(254+366)薄层板,以氯仿—丙酮—异丙醇—甲醇—浓氨水(30:30:15:15:10)为展开剂,直接分离苯甲酸复方制剂中的苯甲酸与水杨酸。在CS-930型双波长薄层扫描仪上,采用反射式锯齿扫描,分别对苯甲酸和水杨酸进行扫描测定。结果:苯甲酸与水杨酸的线性关系、精度及回收率都比较满意。
On a silicagel HF254+366 Plate,developed with chloroformacetone-isopro-pyl alcohol-methanol-ammonium hydroxide(30:30:15:15:10)as mobile phase,benzoic acid and salicylic acid in benzoic acid compound preparations were direc-tly separated.The spots,delected under 254nm UV lamp were measured at λ_s=227nm,λ_R=310nm for benzoic acid;λ_s=299nm,λ_R=370nm for salicylic acid with aSHIMADZU CS-930 TLC scannerin reflect mode.The linear response range werein 2.009-12.054ug,1.83-10.96ug,the recoveries were 98.89-100.16%,99.30-100.557% andthe variation coefficient were 0.34-2.30%,0.84-2.40% for benzoic acid and salicylicacid respectively
