本法采用磷钼酸作为氧化剂分光光度法测定头孢三嗪含量,其浓度在30～60μg/ml 范围内呈线性关系,r=0.9999。结果表明:该法简便、实用、准确,适于国内推广.

Ceftriaxone was determinated spectrophotometrically in pharmaceutical for-mulation by using molybdnphosphoric acid as an oxidising agent.The liner relationwas obtained between 30-60 μg/ml(r=0.9999).The result demonstrated that themethod is simple,practical,accurate and available for its popularization in onrcountry.
