摘要
酸化及酸化压裂过程中原有机械式投球、坐封的方式已不能适应水平井多层压裂的要求。提出了一种新的分层压裂方法,即通过内置发射装置的投球,发射带有低频ID编码的信号,在井下管柱节流器处安装低频接收装置和电磁阀,当投球经过时,实现对ID编码的识别,从而控制相应的电磁阀,进而完成对压裂液和支撑剂的导引。
In the process of acidizing treatment and acid fracturing,the technology which blocks the fracturing pipe by shoot ball is not suitable for subsection fracturing in horizontal well.The paper proposes a new method that a electronic device mounted in ball would transmits low frequency ID signal.A receiver and electromagnetic valve placed at the position near throttle valve in fracturing pipe,when shooting ball crossing,the receiver would control electromagnetic valve by identifying ID signal and then achieve to lead fracturing fluid and proppant.
