脑梗死后抑郁与S100B蛋白浓度变化 被引量:1

摘要 随着缺血性脑血管病发病率的增高,脑梗死后造成的抑郁性障碍己为临床上较为常见疾病,约占脑卒中患者1/3.脑梗死后抑郁临床表现多样,如睡眠紊乱、早醒、食欲减退、体重减轻、对自身缺乏自信心,严重者可表现为精神运动迟滞现象及躯体不适,本文以120例脑梗死后抑郁患者S100B水平与抑郁严重程度的相关性和不同梗死部位对患者血清S100B水平进行分析,以评价脑梗死后S100B水平在抑郁中的意义.
