微创经皮锁定板固定治疗高龄胫骨干骨折9例

Mini-invasive Percutaneous Lockplate Fixation Treat Senile Tibia Shaft Fracture 9 Cases

[目的]探讨微创经皮锁定板固定治疗胫骨干骨折高龄患者的临床疗效。[方法]对2009年7月至2010年3月我院收治的9例高龄胫骨干骨折患者予以微创经皮锁定板固定技术治疗。[结果]随访12个月,观察胫骨干骨折均愈合,切口均一期愈合,无感染、皮肤坏死,无骨折不愈合和骨髓炎等并发症发生,也未发现锁定板和螺钉断裂现象,优8例,良1例,差0例,本组患者优良率达100%。[结论]锁定板为骨质疏松骨折提供了良好的稳定性和更大的抗拔出力,采用微创经皮锁定板固定治疗高龄胫骨骨折可使医源性的创伤尽可能减少到最低限度,是一种有效的治疗方法,具有手术创伤小、骨折愈合快、功能恢复好的特点。

[Objective] To discuss the clinical effect of mini-invasive percutaneous lockplate fixation on senile tibia shaft fracture. [Method] Administer the said method to 9 of such cases. [Result] Follow up for 12m, observe the tibia shaft fracture cure; all cuts were cured of stage-1, without infection, skin necrosis, fracture nonunion or osteomyelitis, broken lockplate or bolt neither; 8 were excellent, 1 good, no failed; the excellence rate was 100%. [Conclusion] Lockplate offers good stability and more anti-pullout force for osteoporosis fracture; taking mini-invasive percutaneous lockplate to fix senile tibia shaft fracture can reduce iatrogenic trauma to the least, and is an effective treatment, featured with small operation trauma, quick fracture cure and good recovery of function.
