种子引发机理研究进展及牧草种子引发研究展望 被引量:24

摘要 对30多年来种子引发处理在细胞膜修复、贮藏物质动员和能量转化、转录和翻译与诱导合成保护物质、细胞分裂的促进作用等方面的研究进展进行了综述,简述了近年来我国初步开展牧草种子引发研究的进展,提出了今后种子引发研究的重点命题及在牧草种子引发研究、技术应用与临亡牧草种质抢救保存中的展望。 Nearly more than 30 years of the main research progress in seed priming mechanism was reviewed,including cell membrane repairmen,mobilization of storage material,energy transformation,transcription and translation,induction of protective molecules and promotion of cell division.The forage seed priming research and main progress in recent years in China was introduced.The important proposition of seed priming research,prospects in research and technology application of forage seeds,rescue and protection of pro death forage germplasm resources in future were put forward.
