冷蒿内源激素测定最佳方案初探

Primary Studies on the Best Proposal for Testing Endogenous Hormones in Artemisia frigida

探索了采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定冷蒿内源激素——赤霉素(GA3)、脱落酸(ABA)、生长素(IAA)的方法,结果表明,以C18柱为分离柱,以甲醇∶1.8%冰乙酸∶水=30∶50∶20为流动相,在柱温35℃,波长254nm,流速1.0ml/min的检测条件下能快速、准确的测定冷蒿内源激素。

The endogenous hormones,ABA,IAA,GA3,were tested with High Performance Liquid Chromatography（HPLC） method.The results showed that endogenous hormones in Artemisia frigida can be rapid and accurately determined under the following conditions： C18 column as separation column,methanol∶1.8% ice acetic acid∶water = 30∶50∶20 as mobile phase,column temperature 35℃,wavelength 254nm,velocity 1.0ml/min.
