构建面向乡镇的全科医学人才培养体系探析

培养乡镇全科医学人才，需要政府部门、高等学校和基地医院三个主体形成合力，主要采用学历教育、规范化培训、转岗培训、进修学习四种形式，实行临床医学专业全科医学方向人才“5＋3”培养模式和在职人员“转身＋提升”模式。把握层次定位、功能定位和岗位定位，以临床医学为主干，增加预防医学知识与技能，调整基础医学知识结构。加强实践能力培养，注重人文素质教育。贯彻国家宏观政策，在基地、教材、师资、制度方面采取积极措施。
