摘要
目的在医学院校特殊的环境与课程体系下,学生往往有负担过重的表现,若干研究表明,医学院校学生生命质量较普通人群显著降低。为此,中国医科大学设计这项研究以期了解医学院校学生的生命质量状况及影响因素。方法本研究于2011年6月采用分层随机抽样调查的横断面研究方法,利用世界卫生组织生命质量量表简表对中国医科大学4个专业共112名学生的生命质量进行评价分析,并对不同专业、性别、不同消费水平的结果进行对比分析。结果4个专业学生生命质量各领域得分均较低,其中生物科学与生物技术专业在躯体、心理和环境3个领域显著低于其他各专业,P〈O.05,差异具有统计学意义;女性在社会关系领域的得分显著高于男性,P〈O.05,差异具有统计学意义;不同消费水平群体间生命质量差异无统计学意义,P〉O.05。结论医学院校学生生命质量在各领域得分均偏低,而且专业间的差异在一定程度上反映出了学生为了应付考试而学习所造成的问题。
Objective In the special context of culture and curriculum system of medical school, students are likely to haveamanifestation of overload. Several investigations have indicated that medical education leads to a decline of quality of life of medical students. In the purpose of learning about the condition of Chinese medical students' quality of life, we designed this cross-section study. Methods This cross-sectional study was carried out in June 2011. Using the Method of questionnaire investigation, we evaluated the quality of life of medical students from four programs of our school. 110 random sample of students were surveyed in June 2011 using the World Health Organization Qulity of Life-Brief Version. Comparisons were performed according to programs, gender and consumption per month. Results Clinial students from four programs show low scores in all dimension. In contrast, students major in biotechnology had lower scores for the physical, psychological and environment dimension than other programs. Female students had higher scores than male students in social relationship. No difference was observed for students with different consumption per month. Conclusions Chinese medical students' quality of life is far from optimistic, and the differences among different programs indicate that students are just studying in order to pass exams. Measures should be take to improve the quality of our medical students.
