摘要
本文总结了耳鼻咽喉科学教学中采用以团队为基础学习教学方法(team—based learing,TBL)的优点,分析了TBL教学方法实施的关键点,指出了TBL教学中的不足之处及其所要采取的相应对策。
The author firstly introduced the process and methods about the team-based learning (TBL) into the undergraduate education of otorhinolaryngology, then summarized the advantages and disad- vantages of TBL. The author also discussed the keys to success during the otorhinolaryngology teaching.
