摘要
为了了解放射仿真头模在临床教学中的应用效果,对分别采用真实患者和放射仿真头模训练的两组各20名VI腔医学专业学生所拍根尖片进行对比,同时通过问卷调查以了解学生发现和解决不合格影像片的能力。研究表明两组学生在根尖片拍摄技术的掌握和信心上差异均无统计学意义,两组学生均能较好地解决根尖片拍摄中出现的问题,而且放射仿真头模可以反复练习并可以减少患者接受放射的剂量,因此值得推广。
To evaluate the effect of a radiation phantom on training dental student to take periapieal radiograph, twenty dental students were trained with real patients and with a radiation phantom, respectively. The periapical radiographs taken by the two groups of dental students were evaluated with regard to the position of the aimed tooth in the radiograph, the portion of the tooth crown and tooth root, and the brightness and contrast of the radiograph. One questionnaire was sent out to the students. In the questionnaire the students were asked to show their confidence level for taking periapical radiographs and to indicate the reasons for radiographs re-taken and how to correctly expose one radiograph. The results shows that the two groups of students had neither difference in taking periapical radiographs (P = 0. 103 ) nor the confidence level (P=0. 064) and the ability to determine the reasons for radiograph re-taken and correctly expose one periapical radiograph. Considering the radiation dose to patient, the radiation phantom should be used when training student to take periapical radiograph.
