客观结构化临床考试在实习学生出科考试中的应用

The application of objective structured clinical examination in the graduation practice examination of undergraduate medical students

客观结构化临床考试是一种客观、有序的考核模式。辽宁医学院附属第一医院选择2011届五年制临床医学专业实习学生为研究对象，实施客观结构化出科考试。考试结果和学生问卷调查结果显示，在出科考试中应用客观结构化临床考试客观、可行，能够对医学生的临床综合能力进行全面的评估，能够调动医学生在整个实习过程中的积极性。

Objective structured clinical examination （0SCE） is a kind of objective and orderly assessment model, The five-year program students grade 2011 in clerkship was selected as the study object who had taken part in objective structured clinical practice examination. Through the analysis of examination results and the questionnaire on students as well, it is concluded that the examination is objective and feasible, which could assess medical students＇ clinical ability comprehensively and motivate medical students＇ enthusiasm in the period of practice.
