摘要 针对目前谐波污染严重及部分无功补偿电容器因谐波电流放大而不能正常投运等问题 ,研制了一种微机型谐波滤波及电压无功综合控制装置。该装置由多 CPU单片机系统构成 ,集谐波实时测量、滤波器及电容器组投切控制、滤波器及电容器组保护、变压器分接头调整等功能于一体 ,在快速傅立叶变换 ( FFT)计算、微机保护算法及综合控制方案的设计中采用了一些独特而有效的方法。文中阐述了该装置的软。 To solve the problems which is caused by harmonic pollution and appears in the operation of capacitor compensation, a microcomputer based integrated controller for harmonic filtering, voltage and reactive power control is developed. Following functions such as the real time harmonic measurement, the switching control of filters and capacitor banks, the protection of filters and capacitor banks and the switching over of transformer taps are integrated in the controller which consists of multi CPU system. Its harmonic measurement method, integrated control strategy and microcomputer based protection have a distinctive style, and some unique and effective methods are used in the design of FFT calculation, algorithm of protection and control scheme. In this paper the principle of hardware and software of the controller is presented. The result from both dynamic simulation and on site application shows that the performance of the controller is fine, its control strategy is reasonable, and the controller is reliable and universal.
