本文首先对影响我国环境监测质量的原因进行分析,针对环境监测中存在的问题,笔者在查阅大量资料的基础上,结合自身多年的工作实践经验,提出了:1.进一步完善环境监测体系功能,拓展监测指标;2.增加建设资金的投入,提高环境监测能力;3.加强技术监督力度,确保数据真实可靠等解决问题的办法。以期对广大环境保护者提供一个理论依据平台。
