摘要
为了给实验研究提供一套实用可靠的高压脉冲电源 ,并为工业化脉冲电源的研制提供经验 ,我们采用了较多的新技术研制了一套小型实验用脉冲高压电源。并具有稳定性好、电源总效率高。
In order to provide a set of stable and practical high voltage pulse power supplier and accumulate experiences for the development of industrial used high voltage pulse power supplier, A set of small one is developed, in which many new technologies to improve its’performance are applied.Compared with other experiment used power suppliers, stability, total power efficiency and adaptation ability to different input voltage are its’advantages.
