摘要
论述了智能化电器控制系统的可靠性设计和抗干扰技术的重要性和必要性。分析了电器系统的主要干扰源,提出硬件和软件系统的可靠性设计原则和抗干扰技术:如隔离技术、屏蔽技术、滤波技术、接地技术、噪声失敏技术、自诊断技术、程序容错技术、信息冗余技术、数字滤波技术。介绍EMC环境的PCB设计原则。
Reliability design and anti interference technique of intelligent electrical apparatus control system and its importance were introduced.The paper analysed the interference sources of electrical apparatus system,and presented the principle of reliability design and the anti interference technique of hardware and software system,such as isolation,shield,filter,earth connection,low noise sensitivity,self diagnosis,fault tolerant program,information redundancy check,digital filter technology.The principle of PCB design under EMC environment were also presented.
