摘要
本文建立放电间隔(ISI)均值t检验作为衡量神经元诱发反应兴奋或抑制的指标,并对自发和诱发ISI均值及其变值进行线性相关与回归分析。对46例猫体感皮层神经元ISI的分析结果表明:(1)以ISI均值为指标进行t检验,可以衡量神经元放电反应的兴奋或抑制,比直接用放电率(放电数)比较更准确。(2)在外周刺激时,自发ISI均值小的神经元诱发ISI均值增大(抑制),自发ISI均值大的神经元诱发ISI均值减小(兴奋),提示诱发反应属兴奋或抑制与自发放电有关。(3)自发ISI均值与诱发呈高度正相关,与诱发ISI变值亦呈高度正相关,提示诱发反应属兴奋或抑制以及反应强弱都与自发放电有关。(4)自发放电的长间隔均值与诱发呈高度正相关,与其变值也呈正相关;而自发放电的短间隔均值与诱发呈高度正相关,但与其变值无相关性,提示长间隔放电不同于短间隔,更能反映诱发反应。
The statistical methods of t-test of mean values of interspike interval (MISIs)for accurately judging the significant changes of neuronal excitation/inhibition in response to peripheral stimuli and linear correlation and regression for studying the relationship between spon taneous and driven unit activities have been established. Forty-six units were analysed and showed that (1) the t-test of MISIs reflected the changes of neuronal excitation/inhibition more accurately than the method of direct comparing of firing rate; (2) the significant changes of neuronal excitation/inhibition in response to stimuli depended on the states of spontaneous activities; (3) high correlations existed between spontaneous and driven MISIs and between spontaneous MISIs and the differences (DVs) (spontaneous MISI-driven MISI); (4) high correlations between spontaneous and driven activities existed both in mean values of long and short ISis (MLISIs and MSISIs); (5) the linear correlation between spontaneous MLISIs and the DVs was highly significant whereas the linear correlation between spontaneous MSISIs and the DVs was nonsignificant. The results indicate that (1) 'background' excitation level affects the excitation level of driven activities and determines the mode of response to peripheral stimuli; (2) there may be an 'excitation-inhibition equilibrium point' of the cortical neurons at about 135ms (7.4 spike/s) of MISI (firing rate); (3) the statistical feature of MLISIs differs from that of MSISIs. and MLISIs may reflect the response of central neurons more accurately than MISIs.
