摘要
从碟形双金属片的两块不同金属的热膨胀系数出发,设计了计算模型。应用弹性材料力学原理,推导出碟形热双金属片的曲率和温度的关系。最后得出结论:碟形热双金属片的曲率只与两块材料的厚度、热膨胀系数、弹性模具以及温度有关。
Proceed from different heat coefficient of expansion of two different metals for thermal bimetals with dish shape, the calculation modul was given. According to the principle of elastisity the curvature temperature relation was deduced. Finally, a conclusion was reached that the curvature is only related to the thickness, heat coefficient of expansion and modulus of elasticity of two kinds of metal materials as well as the temperautre. Key words: thermal bimetal with dish shape curvature heat coefficient of expansion temperature d,its situation at home and abroad are introduced.The relevant technologies in its development,such as computer,network, communication, database and expert system etc.,are analyzed,the different realization concepts are compared.
