摘要 提出了一种充分利用稀疏技术的基于原—对偶内点法的电压无功实时优化控制算法。通过引入模糊约束对不可行的探测和处理,并结合电力系统的稀疏特性,提出旨在满足实时控制要求,提高算法速度和可靠性的措施。所提算法在华东电力系统中的试算表明,该方法能够有效地解决大规模电力系统中带有大量不等式约束的电压无功优化控制问题,对不可行能快速、准确地探测和处理。 This paper presents a new real-time voltage/ reactive power control algorithm based on prim al-dual interior point method.Some measures are taken to satisfy the requirem ents of real-time control,such as increasing the computing speed by considering the sparsity characteristic and improving reliability by introducing fuzzy constraints into infeasibility detection and handling.Numerical results of an example in East China Power System demonstrate that the proposed algorithm is effective to solve optimal voltage/ reactive power control problems in large-scale power system with a great number of inequality constraints.When infeasibility occurs,the algorithm can detect infeasibility quickly and accurately and thus offers a reasonable solution from engineering point of view.
