摘要
运用多层次多目标模糊优选数学方法,建立影响船舶疏散顺序的指标评价体系,根据船舶相对风险大小,获得相对优属度的排序,确定应急疏散顺序.该方法可为制定极端天气下船舶疏散预案提供决策依据.
The multi-objective and multi-level fuzzy optimization model was used to establish index evaluation system affected by the ship evacuation order. The order of relative superiority was obtained according to the relative risk, and the emergency evac- uation order was determined, which can provide the basis for ship evacuation preparedness decision-making under the extreme weather conditions.
