四川省工作犬心丝虫病感染率调查

Survey on Infection Rate of Canine Heartworms in Working Dogs of Sichuan Province

调查了四川省工作犬心丝虫清代的感染状况,从成都、德阳、绵阳、乐山、宜宾、阿坝六地的128只工作犬(包括警犬和护卫犬)中采集128份血样,用改良Knott's法和ELISA快速检测试剂盒分别进行犬心丝虫微丝蚴和雌性成虫的检测,其感染率分别为5.47%和20.31%,调查结果证明四川省是该病的流行区域.

A survey on the current status of Canine heartworm infection was conducted in the such areas as Chengdu,Deyang, Mianyang, Leshan, Yihin and Aba of Sichuan Province. Blood samples from 128 work- ing dogs were collected to detect Canine heartworms by using a modified Knott＇s test and an antigen-detecting enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） kit respectively. The results showed Canine heartworm infections were found to be 5.47% in larvae and 20.31% in female adults,which indicated Sichuan is an epidemic region with the disease of this kind.
